As always we have a great line up of trips this winter. Our trips focus on the dogs and your interaction with them and that is where the magic is. We then run those dogs through the incredible northwoods; which the National Geographic lists as one of the 50 must see places in the world. On top of that our base town of Ely has been named “Coolest Small Town in America” by National travel magazine Arthur Frommer’s Budget Travel, our town won the most votes from its customers.

Meet Mike Stark. He has worked a few trips for us in the past but this year he is coming on full time. Mike is going to be specializing in our Lake Trout fishing trips. As a year round guide Mike knows the lakes up here and will provide a fantastic trip of a lifetime.

Our fishing trips are unique, while others just travel for an hour or two into the wilderness and set up camp we combine a traveling camping trip along with the fishing. This way you can get some great time running dogs and seeing the heart of the Boundary Waters Wilderness that National Geographic lists as one of the 50 must see places in the world. While you will get more traveling time you still get some great fishing time and on a diverse set of lakes.
