As soon as we receive your reservation and down payment, we will send you your confirmation packet. This includes a letter verifying your reservation and the details of your trip such as what lodge you will be staying at. You will also be receiving the "Guide to Keeping Warm and Directions to Ely" as well as a double-sided form to be completed and mailed back. This form has an active sports warning and disclaimer on one side and a Participant Information Form on the other. The Active Sports Warning and Disclaimer needs to be signed in order for you to participate in this program. The Participant Information Form helps us to prepare for your arrival, and it is where you indicate your food preferences, rental clothing needs, and general state of health.
