TRIPS FOR GROUPS
1/2 Day Trip
A fun way to go mushing with a group, this trip provides a thrilling introduction to the sled dog world. Explore 12- 14 miles of trail in tandem style (two people per sled). Choose a session either in the morning (9am-12 noon) or afternoon (12:30pm-3:30pm).
Half day trips are available for groups of 2 to 20. An expedited training session gets you out on the trail for about 2 hours of fun-filled dogsledding. Multiple small parties may be combined.

Trip Price: $300/person weekend and holidays $275/person weekdays

Minimum age: 6 years old
Trips run Thursday-Mondays mid-December until the snow melts in late March
Two People Per Sled
For good control of the sled and quick steering response, one person drives the team while the other one rides – snuggled inside the padded sled bag. Share riding and driving with your sled partner throughout the tour.
Jerod is a native of Ely, MN. He is an avid outdoorsman and guide. He spent his youth exploring the Boundary Waters by canoe and dog team. He has built his own Native Bait business supplying local shops for fishing season. He also is an accomplished bird waterfowl hunting guide in North Dakota. He is known for his calm demeanor and steadiness in teaching guests about dog sledding, ice fishing, and sharing his love of the north woods.
